There are a few hosts which ocasionally throw errors like these:

1286:Mar 17 15:01:08 Server postfix/smtpd[1324]: connect from mail-ob0-f169.google.com <http://mail-ob0-f169.google.com>[209.

Postfix reloads do not throw any errors so it's not a syntax problem within the config files. Checked the different restriction files too - nothing suspicious. Any clues what might be throwing these four exclamation marks?
