Which merely goes to confirm what I said, the OP's problem is not
a Postfix problem, it is a Gmail account provisioning problem, or
alternatively a user re-education problem. Choose one.
* Gmail Apps domain account setup provisions a server
login or other access mechanism that allows the server
to send as multiple Gmail users.
OR
* Users submit directly via Gmail, obviating any need to
route via Gmail on the server.
OR
* Users' outgoing email from the server is not addressed
with Gmail sender addresses. Replies go back to
the server.
