You could use virtual_alias_maps to rewrite the envelope recipient to a bit-bucket address (virtual aliases take effect unless you specify alias expansion with receive_override_options).
Either way, the sender-dependent delivery agent would need to be
able to deliver the bit-bucket address to a destination that
always accepts it.
