Hi, maybe this is some type of bug from pgadmin3. sometimes it did not show the contents of the_geom column.
if your analyse of empty geometry is only at pgadmin so you are wrong and your the_geom columns are not empty (select gid, the_geom from city where the_geom is null returns nothing;). try using psql to see some geometry. best regards, 2008/10/10 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > See attached.
