I have compiled my geos myself using ./autogen.sh, ./configure, make, make install. Then i set the path to the geos-config manually when configuring postgis: ./configure --with-geosconfig=/usr/local/bin/geos-config --with raster I also tried by reinstalling the latest geos3.4.dev from trunk. However.
