RPM packager is speaking: IIRC this error does not mean that it is not finding the PostgreSQL libs, but one of the dependencies are not built with PostgreSQL support (which I don't remember now). Please upgrade to RHEL6 -- it will be less painful as compared to trying to build PostGIS 2.0 with raster support.
