I was using P2 and Opera 12 fine on Windows 7 yesterday. I think C to close the changeset is the one I use most, and that was working. I'm not sure whether I used any others in yesterday's session, but I've just tried clicking Edit, selecting a way and pressing T and learned a new shortcut key (it worked).
