Hello Paul, Great sketched steering as is very similar/same to go-kart steering, easy to make and reliable.
If I may say the half length (green) link I think can be removed, then just couple the steering column directly to the full length (green) link that connects to both wheels. Save a bit of making, also it evens out the load as is both pulling and pushing which ever way you turn.
