Yes, this is an implementation limitation. A MS Windows routine
does the autocomplete. Its initialized with the contents of the
window when the box is opened. It keeps its own copy of the data
so changing the vector has not effect until the window is closed and
re-opened. I don't know a workaround for this other than closing
and re-opening the window yourself each time you intercept a command.
