>From the name I'd say it's PPpro loading your sticky notes and trying to execute a newemail.powerpro script. Check in the PProconf scheduler if you have a *Note command scheduled for startup and if you have the newemail script added to it. If you want it to run you should probably avoid using the 8.3 short file path.
