I launch Process Explorer 8.32 and Nero 4 with my world-famous Alias script and have no problem at all. I suspect most of your programs require special command line options/parameters. They must have installed lots of shortcuts all over your Start menu. Look for them and inspect the Properties tab. You might find a clue there.
