I the backslash character allowed in !note categories? I would like to get a note popup every time explorer's title bar (which I set to display the full path) matches a certain folder. So I created a note category of !*foldername* - which results in the notes\!+_foldername_+ being created - and assigned a note to it. But then the note doesn't pop up when I'm browsing foldername...
