Every time I think about using a ramdrive utility, it is due to PowerPro's clipboard function always writing to disk instead of using an array of memory.
I love the usefulness of Powerpro's simple clipboard utility, but I'd rather it would use an array of memory handles versus hard drive memory. If the clipboard and favfolder were using handles, they would average less than 250k of memory on my system, but a ram drive would have to be much larger waiting for a series of potentially larger clips. For me the main extra features that I want the to clipboard to do, is to be able to: use PICKSTRING on the array to select the last clip, next to the last clip, ... , fifth from the last clip, and so on to reload the clips from a specified clipfolder, and also be able to send a command occasionally to save the array to disk in various saved clipfolders. Something for the future maybe. A comment is not required; since technically, I could use a ramdrive. Ted ------------------------ Yahoo!
