Personally, I believe that you should not waste your time.

If a script writer wants to access the static variable of another
script then s/he should program a subroutine that returns its value.

Example:

; --- Script1.PowerPro

MessageBox("Information", [EMAIL PROTECTED])
Quit

; --- Script2.PowerPro

Static CertainValue = 123
Quit

@GetCertainValue
Quit(CertainValue)

; ---

If one wanted to be able to set another script's static variables from
a different script then you could do this:

; --- Script1.PowerPro

[EMAIL PROTECTED](456)
MessageBox("Information", [EMAIL PROTECTED])
Quit

; --- Script2.PowerPro

Static CertainValue = 123
Quit

@GetCertainValue
Quit(CertainValue)

@SetCertainValue
Certain; --- Script1.PowerPro

MessageBox("Information", [EMAIL PROTECTED])
Quit

; --- Script2.PowerPro

Static CertainValue = 123
Quit

@GetCertainValue
Quit(CertainValue)

@SetCertainValue
CertainValue = Arg(1)
Quit
