"To manually add entries to the menu which will always appear, edit
the file and add a line 'sep'" From this line in the help, some
favoriate folders can be set for access, not only the recently

I think both *menu and *Keys can be configured to access some fied
folders as well as the recenly visited ones.
Anyway, that is not related to my problem

Use fast

I have found the reason of the problem, seems that folders with a
long path are not properly hanlded, such as
"C:\Documents and Settings\peng xiao\My Documents\My Music"
where it is copied to the dialog, only
"C:\Documents and Settings\peng xiao\My D" (more or less, seldomly
with
the whole path)
is passed, so such a "***\My D" folder is not found. That is why.
Furthermore, the rest part of string will be passed as filename
"ocuments" or just remians there. When the next path is passed (even
it is right), results like "right\path\foldernameocuments"
then there is error about no folder with name "foldernamecocuments".
More error caused.
I hve thought the space in path causes problem
then I created a folder
C:\Program\Python\Lib\email\test\data\data\data\data\data\were\veryver
ylongfilenamefolder
then got a error when open it
C:\Program\Python\Lib\email\test\data File not found
the same as the above case without space
SO the conclusion is long path name causes problems. is there any
setting to hanle this.

Got it, terrific! The only thing left is to creat a OSD slider
display for volume tunning, the only way I can figure out is to write
a script. That needs to get the current system volume value, is there
such a variable to read? I am also wondering is it possbile to
display a graphic OSD, not only text?
