Thanks guys, you're right. A very silly error on my part.

Bruce, if you don't mind my asking, would you consider slightly
changing the documentation on File.CreateShortcut to use some
different keywords, such as Target instead of FPathRes, just to make
it slightly less confusing? Perhaps LinkPath instead of FPath just to
emphasise that this is the field for the path to the link? ;-)
