I removed all the waits with special syntax, like wait ready or wait
ctrl from the help, although they still work if you have them in
older scripts.

The goal was to standardize on a regular syntax
wait.for (n, expression)
which covers everything the older forms by allowing any wait
condiston to be expressed as a combination of a timeout and an
expression.

An exception is wait ready, which supposedly waited until the last
program started by PowerPro was the foreground window and was idle
and waiting for input. I don't know if this worked reliably and
deciced to remove its documentation.
wait.for(activewindow("=prog.exe"))
should be equivalent.

I noticed the request for a last run (window) handle or exe name. I
could never figure out a way to do this reliably that handled not
only simple exe's, but also shortcuts, document names, folders, etc.
