You want to take a PowerPro action when a window captioned �Some
Caption� is created.
First, save the following lines to HookWindowEvents.PowerPro:
; ---
If((Arg(1) == 4) && Arg(4) == "The Caption") Do
; Here go your commands to run when this window is created
Win.Keys("%y")
EndIf
Arg(1) contains a number depending on whether a window was created,
destroyed, resized, etc.; 4 means window creation.
Arg(4) contains the caption of the window in question.
Refer to the Help file for more details there.
The script that you have saved will be where you place new rules for
other windows.

After that, create the HookWindowEvents command list in your
configuration and assign it one command:
Command:
.HookWindowEvents
Parameters:
(Arg(1), Arg(2), Arg(3), Arg(4))
