Most likely PowerPro is interpreting the backslashes in your file path
as having a special meaning. Try doubling them up, i.e. C:\\Program
Files\\PowerPro\\... or doing this:
SystemMeter.Start(?"C:\Program Files\etc.\etc.\Skin.xml")
Note the question mark before the first double-quote.
