Looking at it from the simple approach...maybe this is the problem???

My understanding of the clipboard capture:
- A windows message appears that all programs can see.
- If you have two programs running that are listening for that event, when
they see that event, they goto the clipboard and read it's contents to look
for changes.
- If someone is already reading the clipboard, and another program tries to
do the read, then #2 program gets an error unable to read the info.

Not sure if the tray icon methodology is the same, but could it be ppro, and
pprotray banging heads because they're both trying to access at the same
time, using exactly the same code? Maybe a timing issue, having one of them
wait a short time might alleviate the problem?

Worth a shot using the logic from my simple mind =)
