new problem I think with lastactivehandle.

when both the volume and the unplug hardware icons are displayed, if I 
click on the latter I get the former instead. this is incorrect.

trayicons.dumpall reports

exe=Explorer id=1227  fl=...u  class=SystemTray_Main  cap=Power Meter  
tt=Volume (muted)
exe=Explorer id=1226  fl=...u  class=SystemTray_Main  cap=Power Meter  
tt=Unplug or Eject Hardware

so, lastactivehandle doesn't seem able to differentiate based on the 
id#.
