and / and wildcards

pickstring(file.listfiles("C:/MyDocs/My Pictures\2003-06 (Jun)-19 The
Best Party @ SLS/*.jpg",1),"")
; all on one line above
returns
C:/MyDocs/My Pictures\pic1.jpg
C:/MyDocs/My Pictures\pic2.jpg
...
change \ into / above and you'll get the right filepaths.
