See my other note about multi-threading dangers with plugins. Try using the SendMessage approach to run commands from your new thread, not ppsv->runcmd, to make sure the main PowerPro thread runs the command. > So once a script starts to run, it runs to completetion, no other > sctipt gets to start running? Unless it's suspended? Or unless it calls another script or it executes some system code which allows the system to do a sendmessage to PowerPro (MS docs say this about SendMessage to a window: "If the specified window was created by a different thread, Windows switches to that thread and calls the appropriate window procedure. Messages sent between threads are processed only when the receiving thread executes message retrieval code.") I think that at any of these times, PowerPro would not be at a state where re-entrancy would hurt. But of course there could be bugs which mean it is not. But multi-threaded execution of PowerPro code is another issue: it will never be reliable. Try the SendMessage approach to send commands to main PowerPro thread from other threads. If that does not work, post the dll with the sendmessage approach and I will try to track down the crash. Attention: PowerPro's Web site has moved: http://www.ppro.org Yahoo!
