Yes, this is a pain, and I use a hotkey to reset the workarea.

Read win.getworkarea() and win.setworkarea(x,y,w,h) in plugins\win.txt

You have to run a script using WIN.Handlelist("*", 0) to reposition 
all windows. Maybe a WM_message that will do this using dll.dll but 
haven't looked for it yet.

Finally I've found it best to use win.getworkarea() and a script 
instead of xscreen and yscreen to position windows.
