Almost. Here's what happens:

1. Idle alarm triggers and screen blanks
2. I'm gone for 4-5 hours
3. I come back, and move mouse. I hear workstation locking sound (which
means post-idle triggers) and I login.
4. After logging in, I move my mouse and immediately, the computer re-locks
again (and hear the locking sound again).
5. Unlock for a second time, and then everything is working.
Note: I only get the double unlock if the actual idle time is double what
the idle time in ppro is.

I think what happens is idle occurs, and a post-idle event is queued up but
the screen blank command triggers at the same time and powerpro reads it as
the first idle being cancelled (but the first post-idle hasn't seen keyboard
activity so it doesn't trigger). Then it idles for another set, and queues a
second post-idle event to trigger (screen is already blanked so the screen
blank command doesn't trigger another idle/post-idle cycle). At this point
we have 2 post-idle alarms waiting to trigger. Hence the double-unlock
triggering at step 5.

If there's another way I can: Have the screens sleep after a certain amount
of time, and be required to login after I move the mouse to wakeup the
screen then I'm all ears.

I can't put the lockworkstation with the idle command because either:
Screen sleep first, lock second: Monitor starts to sleep but then gets woken
up by the lockworkstation command.
Or
Lockworkstation, then put monitor to sleep: Lock workstation triggers, but
at that point because powerpro isn't a service windows security blocks
powerpro from running anything and the monitor sleep is blocked.
