Locked bars work great with the limited testing I've done so far.
I'm wondering if you could add a nice little gui to the actual lock dialog
that'll make setting position nice and quick without having to reference
back to the help file for the appropriate numbers and how to set them. A
good look might be a 3 x 3 row of square buttons to the right of the
existing dialog layout that will change the percentage numbers appropriately
for their location.
*left top* *middle top* *Right top*
*left center* *directly over* *right center*
*left bottom* *middle bottom* *right bottom*
