I've never seen it happen in versions prior to 4.5.x. And that means more than year in the same configuration of bars.
I have a feeling that this happens when PowePro is trying to update the icons while under load... for example while some of my other programs is rendering, or just starting some larger program like Photoshop. So maybe it's somehow connected with the other new options like update timeouts... maybe I should make the timeout longer again, >300. I've seen this double icons while timeout was 100. Also, I'm curious to try this with all the 4.5.x releases... is there an easy way to download those versions?
