Yes you do, if by any chance fpath is gonna be filled by a large string.
The arg in question ,docs say should be MAX_PATH = 260
long, so I'd do
local fpath
dll.call("shell32|SHGetFolderPathA|ui ui ui ui s260",0,13,0,0,"fpath")
or
local fpath = repeat(" ", 261)
dll.call("shell32|SHGetFolderPathA|ui ui ui ui s",0,13,0,0,"fpath")
