As Clip.Write("Off") didn't work, I tested it after setting Track to
"Text", and changing the ext in the below script from ".txt" to
".PowerProClip" to differentiate between PP's clip and ClipCatured's clip.

Then, I tried to copy the text which outputted the error message with
"All" tracking. Indeed, there was no clip with ".txt" extension (:PP's
own clip) while there was new clip with ".PowerProClip" extension
(:ClipCatured's clip).

So, I suppose it confirmed the "LeadByte" culprit. And, implementing
CF_UNICODETEXT would resolve the problem.

BTW, I think there could be a hassle in converting non-valid
characters in file name to blank (0x20), when one of these ("*?:<>|/\)
is supposed to be a TrailByte and the blank (0x20) can't become a
TrailByte of the corresponding "LeadByte".

As far as I checked, fortunately, this won't happen with Korean.
However, there could be a chance for Japanese and Chinese, with the
characters \ (0x5C) and | (0x7C).
