I have never seen this in my test machines. 1. Are two powerpro's running before you start shutdown? 2. What happens if you do the following: a. shutdown all instances of powerpro.exe b. use explorer to drag drop empty.pcf on top of powerpro.exe c. ctrl-right click bar, select quit powerpro. If powerpro.exe disappears after c above, it is something in your config, possibly related to a plugin. Try to isolate it.
