That should fix the zero-character match + UTF8 bug. Can you confirm this? I reinvented the wheel but it was a very simple wheel after all so I'd rather not bother looking for the right standard library function. The library is unchanged so there's no need to use that file (rename the existing library to pcreposix.dll). I provided it for convenience.
