Okay, I played with this for a while, I figured out that wp & lp are
arguments that windows expect to see, but the MSDN site talked a lot about
high words and low words and I was lost. Nothing I tried with this worked,
but I can't say that it wouldn't, only that I am not knowledgeable enough to
figure it out...

Anyway, after several hours of frustration I gave up on that, and started
looking through the MouseTrap.txt, it turns out that I needed to use
a=HTCLIENT instead of just HTCLIENT for the area... It now works beautifully
:)

All thats left for this mouse wheel project of mine is to make a map eating
function to remove window handles that no longer exist in various maps
throughout he script, and to figure out how to make all windows, except for
a few start with a transparency rating of "1"

Thanks again to everyone involved in this program :)
