Hi:
I am trying to copy the contents of a screen name (that appears in the
same place on every screen) from a mainframe application using a button
on a bar. I have successfully set-up a button on a bar that moves the
mouse to a certain position on the screen and left clicks the mouse.
This has gotten the cursor to the beginning of a 7 character screen name
field. I'm trying to get PowerPro to hold down the shift key, type the
right arrow character 7 times and then use ^c to copy the selection to
the clipboard.
I'm using the following to attempt to have the shift key held down.
However, what is actually happening is the cursor is simply moving 7
characters to the right - but the shift key is *NOT* being held down -
so the characters are not being highlighted for capture to the
clipboard.
*Keys {shift}{right}{right}{right}{right}{right}{right}{right}{shift}
Any ideas as to how to accomplish this? I'm open to a completely
different approach if anyone has any ideas.
