[power-pro] Display Website / Browser Plugin

Hi,
is it possible to show a website on a bar? 
Do I need a plugin? I've heard of the possibility of embedding activex
controls, and as far as I no there exists an internet explorer control
- if this is the only way, how do I manage this?
