I am reduced to guessing on this one. Are you using mousegsture plugin? Since problem only happens with IE and not other program, is it related to maxthon usage? Since it seems to be somehow config related, does the problem not start until after you use one of your hot keys. (Use not hot keys, start powerpro manually, then try to replicate problem. If it does not happen, try the hot keys one at a time). Anything running from timers or scheduled events?
