I experienced something seemingly strange. Am working in XP. I use a Windows shortcut to start PowerPro with a user pcf stored in a separate folder. Recently I started creating shortcuts using the file.createshortcut service.
I've discovered that if the shortcut lacks a "starts in" parameter, PowerPro sometimes has issues. It may be related to when it is loaded and/or where the shortcut is located (i.e., Desktop or Startup Group). When having issues, middle clicks are not processed by PowerPro. If I then restart PowerPro from a shortcut that includes the "starts in" spec, middle clicks start working again. Any thoughts on this? file.createshortcut appears to lack the ability to write the "starts in" field. Regards, Sheri
