They weren't missing in 415 version here. Neither 415 nor 416 version
works with manifest file, except before related controls are clicked.
I wonder if it has something to do with the fix for concentric
boxes/shadow windows. Will have to try with an old version like 1.01
or 1.07 to see if tooltips worked after clicking controls back then
(with manifest).

Haven't tried this "focus" / "prevfocus" thing yet. I think my one
line solution was better than setting up and tracking all the controls
with event handlers (considering I only wanted different behavior for
the combo box.)
