Ah, I see. During upgrade, it didn't show the "location" dialog, and
it installed to use the global configuration files, not the user
specific ones. So it didn't overwrite my config file, but it was using
the wrong location.

I uninstalled, reinstalled, and checked the box for user config files,
and it worked OK.

So it looks like this is a problem with the upgrade install, it's not
recognizing that the previous install had the "user location" checkbox
checked.

Another very minor thing. When I finish the install, I say yes to
running ppro immediately. It then displays a message saying I need to
set powerpro.exe to run as admin, and does not start ppro. First, I
think it's the shortcut that needs to have that checked, not the
executable. Whichever, the executable, and both shortcuts (in
start/all programs/powerpro and start/all programs/startup) all have
the "run as admin" already checked. All I have to do is start it from
one of the shortcuts. So I think you can skip that warning dialog
entirely and just launch powerpro.
