Its actually 8 -- and here I mean 8 nested which each reference a
vector.  If you use different type of for each (eg a file or a string,
it does not count).

Well, to be honest,  objects and classes were probably more of an
intellectual challenge for me than something that is useful for
Powerpro scripting.

You may find structures useful if you have a bunch of different
variables that are actually related -- you want to read them and write
them as a group to an ini file, and you want to pass them around as a
group to different functions.  Take a look at the help for structures
for more detail.  But even they are likely bit of a stretch in terms
of something useful for a PowerPro script.
