That would be possible, but would mean that the clip routine would not capture all the clips and would not warn you, and so would seem unreliable. Just out of interest, what happens if you reverse whatever setting you have for configuration|setup|advanced|other|"allow only alphanumerics in capture clip file names" (its near middle of left hand column)
