I don't know if you have been following my nightmare posts concerning the Sonnet upgrade. Essentially this: "10%" (Sonnet's figure) will have major problems with any OS except 8.5 or 9.1. I could never get them to tell me who or what constituted the "10%", but it was only an academic interest anyway, since it was 100% for me.
