When I had a 1400/133 I found that the 6x CD-ROM could read everything I put
in it. But when I bought a 12x for it, it could read everything BUT a CD-RW.
Not sure why. Probably something to do with the reflectivity of the media
and the drive not having a strong enough laser.

Just my theory based on reading too much ;^)
