Call then again and just schedule the service. I did not send that PB in, but 
have sent in several others that had been in before, at least twice.. Push 
it, itdoes not say how many times it can go thru or if it has to be the 
original owner, just what is covered and what is not, Period. They would 
prefer that it only go in twice and after that thru a dealer, but now hwere 
does it say that it can only go in twice.

That is one of the specifically mentioned repairs covered by the REA.

If you feel more comfortable there are repair suggestion somewhere on the web 
that tell you how to glue and solder it back on.
