At this point, I see that I have the desired file on my PC; it is a BinHex file, I think (extension .hqx) that I received in a Winzip file! How does one ultimately get the file in .hqx form onto the Mac? Thank you all for your suggestions thus far. I am new to the Mac (obviously!) and appreciate your tolerance.
