Hello Folks. I just signed up for Verizon DSL.
I have a powerbook and two desktop G4's, one with an airport card and the other connected directly to an Airport base station via ethernet. I was able to successfully get up and running on one of the desktop macs (the one without the airport card.) Verizon also sent me a Linksys DSL/Router/Hub that came with only Windows software.
