I'm having trouble getting a PB 1400cs going. The battery got totally run down (left on, I think), but now even with the battery out it will not boot. Put the AC adapter cord in, the screen flashes rhythmically (about once a second) with what looks like video noise, and there's a chirp from the speaker at about the same rate. Even without pressing the power key this chirping starts. Nothing seems to work- Power Manager reset button, key sequences, nothing.
