Well now that it appears I will have a useable 5300cs powerbook, along with a 4 gig drive from a friend to put in it, I need to start thinking about the book's memory. Right now it only has a measly 16 mb module. Somehow I need to get up to that max of 64.
So I'm wondering what different types of ram I should be on the lookout for? Are there different types of systems out there which use the same kind of ram? Any pc stuff work? (I realize that 190 ram works but does the 3400 also?) Are there any others? What about low price sources similar to other ram prices now out there? Thanks in advance for your help. Dave Ooo, and if I can find one of those VST Zips for a song, that would be really sweet. I know, along with everybody else. :) -- PowerBooks is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
