My 1400 has a strange problem. When I unplug it, it has a tendency to
lose the PRAM settings, causing the system to not boot from the battery.
If I plug the power adapter in again, the system boots up without
pressing the power button. I must then use TechTool to reset the PRAM,
or I will not be able to adjust the screen contrast correctly. The
battery appears to be fully charged. Any idea what causes this?
