I'm pretty silly sometimes. I was trying to delete resources based on their INDEX, starting at 0. But when you delete the first resource, they all shift their index so the one that was previously 1 becomes 0. Of course, I was incrementing the index counter, so i was only deleting every OTHER resource. Sheesh.
