My 520 is running 7.6 with 12meg ram.

I can't believe I said Powerpoint instead of Powerport.. Oh well

I downloaded the PPP software and its connecting to my ISP. Do you know what
the top speed of this modem is?

That would be Powerport software, right? No matter how flashy your
Powerpoint stuff is, it's not going to connect you to an ISP ;-)

What system are you running on that 520?

You need PPP software. I've always just used Open Transport, and OT PPP
from Apple, (part of the OS in 7.5 and up) on my PB, but FreePPP works
as well.
